KARIM YEHIA

Karim has over 10 years of experience in a wide range of marketing areas, with special passion to new media marketing, in both national and multinational environments and through different company maturity stages. Karim Yehia is currently the head of marketing at Narita Group.

Prior Joining Narita Group, Karim has worked as the marketing director at Saudi Twasul Group and the Kuwaiti Mrsco Group where he was basically managing both marketing planning and communication of the IT arm of the group, iLead Integrated Solutions.

Earlier in 2013, Karim has worked as a Sr. Marketing Consultant for CMCG UK strategic consulting in Cairo. Karim Yehia has worked as a Marketing Consultant at Quick-Wins in 2012 where he helped different SMEs and large firms in MENA and Gulf region. Karim Joined ATech Group In 2008 where he was responsible of project management as well to digital marketing consulting that he established a solid and successful e-transformation presence for the company’s clients, also Karim designed numerous online marketing strategies and campaigns for awareness, branding, increasing sales volume customer retention and diversified calls to actions.

Karim has managed BConn international office in Khartoum-Sudan where he was basically responsible of managing marketing and business development.

After finalizing the B.A. of Mass Communication, Karim had joined Al-Ahram newspaper as an Editor before his joining to Engineers Syndicate as a public relations and client management specialist earlier in 2005.

Karim holds a bachelor of Mass Communication.

AYMAN MOUSSA

Ayman is a results oriented professional with 10 years of human resources management experience working in the fields of Healthcare, Manufacturing, FMCG and start-ups. His areas of expertise are in, Training and Development, compensation, & Benefits, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HRIS.

Prior to joining Narita Team, Ayman work history included the position as Group Human Resources Manager for Andalusia Group, one of the biggest Healthcare groups in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. While serving in the position his duties included creating the organization polices and Producers, working in close conjunction with the Line Manager and Chief Strategy & Program Management Officer to create and implement the annual HR plan in alignment with overall strategic aims managing strategic HR projects to facilitate the achievement of objectives as well as implementing policies and procedures designed to ensure the fair and equitable management of staff across the organization

Prior to Andalusia Group he was the Senior HR specialist for Egyptian German Company for Constructions He was Responsible for Developing and implementing all strategies for HR management and development and embedding robust departmental structures to facilitate the achievement of the organizational vision and has been the Human Resources Specialist for Egypt Foods.

Ayman holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

NOUR AL-DEEN MAHMOUD

Nour EL- Deen Mahmoud is currently the administration head at Narita Group.
Nour EL- Deen has joined the group earlier in 2003 where he went through the whole career path since he started as administration assistant passing by many promotions till holding his current position as the department head. During this period, Nour El-Deen has been moving across different offices for the group in Japan, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Malaysia supervising the implementation of the group expansion and administration strategies.
Before joining Narita Group, Nour EL- Deen working as legal researcher in New Shahd Group in 2002.
Nour EL- Deen holds a bachelor degree in law from the University of Ain Shams.

KAREEM ABDEL GHANY

Kareem Kamal Abdel Ghany is R&D consultant at Narita Group, at the same time Kareem is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Information Systems, Computers and Information, Beni-Suef University, Egypt.
Kareem acquired his PhD Degree in Computer Sciences & Information from Cairo University with thesis title “An Intelligent Hybrid Biometrics System”. Earlier, Kareem received his Master Degree in Computer Sciences & Information from Cairo University with Thesis Title “Data Integration in Data Warehousing”.
He received the B.Sc., degree in Information Systems from Sadat Academy in 2002.
Kareem has published about 8 papers in Peer Reviewed International Conferences and still working on more.
Kareem has participated in the committees of many International Conferences, also he participated as an Editorial Board Member for many International Journals and he organized many well-known technical workshops in several areas of professional experiences.
